Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present our window and bath solutions, and close deals in customers' homes.

You will receive 2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily, true uncapped earnings with a base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. This role requires evening and weekend availability and strong self-motivation.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Willing to attend one-time training in Madison, WI.
• Evening and Saturday appointments required (No Saturday evening).

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes.
• Provide timely presentations and accurate estimates.
• Generate repeat business through excellent service.
