Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners, demonstrate products, and close deals using pre-qualified appointments provided. Earn potential averages of $200k–$300k per year with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

This role requires evening and weekend availability, Michigan salesperson license or ability to obtain, and Madison, WI training. All leads are provided, with ongoing sales training to help exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and Saturday appointments.
• Experience in In-Home/Outside/B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Willingness to attend training in Madison, WI.
• Michigan State Salesperson license required or obtainable before employment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in homes and demonstrate products/services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates and documentation.
• Foster repeat business through outstanding customer service.
