Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking in-home sales professionals to meet homeowners in their homes, demonstrate our products, and close deals. You will receive 2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily and comprehensive training to ensure success.

Base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses drive uncapped earnings, with potential of $200k–$300k per year. W-2 employment includes benefits, PTO, and 401(k) with match; no cold-calling involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Willing to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, presenting our products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
