Hiller is seeking a Project Advisor to conduct in-home sales consultations, assess homeowner needs, and develop replacement/upgrade proposals. You will secure sales, process orders, and coordinate with teammates to ensure safe, efficient delivery of services.

The role emphasizes a strong customer focus, adherence to Hiller’s CARE values, and consistent performance in closing sales with a high level of credibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct in-home consultations and present proposals.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on sales leads and lists, both technician and self-generated.
• Perform a complete customer needs survey on every call.
• Educate customers on service offerings and the Company's Sales System.
• Prepare estimates for contracts and proposals.
• Address objections, negotiate value and close the sale.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely on all leads.
