Job summary

West Shore Home in Greer, SC is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers. You will deliver the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for bathroom, flooring, windows, and doors remodels using warm leads, with no cold-calling.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure with potential first-year earnings up to $200K+, plus health insurance options, a 401(k) plan with company match, an HSA with company match, PTO, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged; proficiency in English reading and writing
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule
• Sales appointments ~2 hours each
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set
