Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative. Base salary plus commissions, with uncapped earnings and the prospect of $200k-$300k per year.

All leads are provided; 2-3 pre-qualified appointments daily, W2 with comprehensive benefits. The role involves meeting clients at their homes, delivering presentations, estimates, and building lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Become a professional expert, delivering customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business.
