This role offers uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with earnings typically between $95,000 and $125,000 annually and potential to exceed $150,000 for top performers. A strong support system and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Positive, competitive, goal driven mindset; coachable and growth oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability during listed hours; reliable, team focused collaborator.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional bending/kneeling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in home sales presentations with qualified, preset appointments.
