Job summary

American Home Design is seeking a full-time In-Home Sales Representative in the Maryville/Knoxville area. This role offers experienced sales professionals an excellent opportunity with an uncapped commission structure, allowing top performers to earn $100,000-$200,000 per year. Essential duties include conducting in-home presentations, closing same-day sales, and providing stellar customer service. Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to carry sales samples/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional presentation and close same-day sales.
• Overcome objections and handle rejection positively.
• Complete electronic contracts accurately.
• Sell at least 30% of the leads given.
• Generate own business leads occasionally.
• Run approximately 8-10 leads a week.
• Provide excellent customer service.
