Aspen Home Improvements in Lancaster, PA is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, assess their needs, and present customized solutions. This commission-based outside sales role offers substantial earning potential for driven individuals.

We provide pre-qualified leads, ongoing coaching, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k), paid vacation and sick time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary sales tools and technology
• Build rapport with homeowners and identify their project goals
