Aspen Home Improvements in Lancaster, PA is expanding its sales team and seeking an In-Home Sales Representative. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, assess needs, and present customized solutions in a commission-based outside sales role with high earning potential.

You’ll receive pre-qualified leads, comprehensive training, and ongoing coaching, with a flexible schedule and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). This position rewards results and dedication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary sales tools and technology
• Build rapport with homeowners and identify their project goals
• Create customized solutions that fit customer needs and budgets
