Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; pass an MVR check.
• Obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of starting, if required by state (CT included).
• Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face or commission-based sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to conduct consultations and assess needs.
• Present product options and guide customers toward informed decisions.
• Drive sales by managing appointments, following up on leads, and hitting targets.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.
• Collaborate with contractors and installers for accurate quotes and smooth project execution.
