Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; pass MVR per company standards.
• Acquire a salesperson license within 60 days where required (CT, DC, WI, MI, NY, MD).
• Minimum of 2 years in face-to-face or commission-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes to consult, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
• Present options clearly and guide customers to informed decisions.
• Drive sales by managing appointments, following up on leads, and hitting targets.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.
• Collaborate with contractors and installers to ensure accurate quotes and seamless project execution.
