Job summary

ProBuilt Hawaii, LLC is seeking high-performing sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll conduct in-home consultations with homeowners across Oahu, build trust, present tailored solutions, and guide customers through the decision and contract process.

You’ll develop a self-generated pipeline while leveraging company-generated opportunities, participate in coaching and ride-alongs, and strive to turn excellent experiences into ongoing referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in in-home, B2C, high-ticket, or consultative sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to read the room and adapt.
• Comfort discussing significant purchasing decisions without high-pressure tactics.
• Professional, trustworthy presence in a customer’s home.
• Willingness to learn and execute a defined sales process.
• Genuine alignment with community, integrity, and team values.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home consultations with homeowners across Oahu.
• Conduct thorough home assessments and present solutions based on needs.
• Build trust, educate customers, handle objections, and guide through the contract.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain pipeline ownership.
• Actively generate referrals and new business through customer and community networks.
• Track activity, opportunities, close rates, and overall sales performance.
• Collaborate with production and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction from sale to completion.
• Represent ProBuilt Hawaii with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
