ProBuilt Hawaii, LLC - Kauai is expanding and seeking top-performing sales professionals. You’ll conduct in-home consultations with homeowners across Oahu, present tailored solutions, and close deals while building a strong referral network.

We're looking for ambitious, coachable salespeople who can manage their pipeline, educate customers, and maintain a professional presence in customers’ homes. Training, support, and a clear growth path are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home, B2C, high-ticket or consultative sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read a room and adapt.
• Comfortable discussing significant purchases without high-pressure tactics.
• Professional presence in a homeowner's home and strong follow-through.
• Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and follow a defined sales process.
• Genuine alignment with community, integrity, and team values.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home consultations with homeowners across Oahu.
• Present solutions based on each homeowner’s needs.
• Build trust, educate customers, handle objections, and guide through the contract.
• Follow up consistently and maintain ownership of your pipeline.
• Generate referrals and new business through relationships.
• Track activity, opportunities, and sales performance.
• Use the sales process and tools while providing feedback for improvement.
• Participate in coaching, training, and ride-alongs with the team.
• Collaborate with production to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Represent ProBuilt Hawaii with professionalism in every interaction.
