Responsibilities

• Meet With Homeowners: Travel to scheduled appointments in the South Hill area to evaluate foundation, basement, moisture, and drainage concerns.
• Inspect and Identify Problems: Conduct inspections of foundations and crawlspaces to identify issues and determine repair solutions.
• Recommend Practical Solutions: Explain findings, answer questions, and present tailored repair proposals, often $5,000–$20,000+.
• Build Trust and Close Sales: Help homeowners understand options and move forward with recommended work.
• Document and Coordinate Projects: Use digital tools to prepare estimates and share details with the production team.
