Windows Direct USA is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to join our Cincinnati, Dayton and NKY markets. No home improvement experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training.

All representatives are 100% W-2 employees with company support, benefits, and a competitive commission structure. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-home demonstrations, and recommend products to fit their needs, delivering an outstanding customer experience from consultation

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using an iPad and learning CRM and quoting software.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including daytime, evening, and some weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation—no cold calling or prospecting.
• Conduct in-home product demonstrations for our windows, doors, and bath remodeling solutions.
• Listen to homeowners' needs and recommend the best products for their home.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through sale.
