Job summary

Luxury Bath Rose Remodeling is seeking an in-home sales representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes. You will present customized bath remodeling options using our iPad-based design system and guide customers through the purchase, with training and ongoing coaching provided.

The role is outside sales with an emphasis on building relationships, closing sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a significant advantage.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local territory.
• Professional appearance and outgoing personality; thrive in a commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use software.
• Educate homeowners on our products, installation process, and financing options.
• Prepare pricing proposals and confidently ask for the sale.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through contract.
