West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Baltimore, MD to deliver our sales method and secure customer agreements. Enjoy warm leads, no cold-calling, and a rotating weekly schedule with extended evening hours.

Compensation includes base salary, uncapped commissions, annual bonus, and a $2,500 signing bonus; first-year earnings potential up to $200K+. Benefits include health, 401(k), PTO, and training.

Qualifikationen

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

• Bilingual Spanish / English candidates with proficiency in English reading and writing are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1-2 Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM; Weeks 3-4 Tue-Fri (9:00 AM-7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM-2:00 PM)
• No cold‑calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that work inside their budget.
• Close sales with customers and provide required post sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
