Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead in-home design consultations and coach sales reps in a fast-growing home improvement division. The role emphasizes running appointments, mentoring staff, and driving revenue growth with a structured ride-along training model.

The position offers a base salary plus commissions, a monthly car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Proven success in in-home sales, ideally in home improvement/remodeling
• Strong one-call close ability for high-ticket consultative sales
• Experience training or mentoring sales reps is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, coachable and performance-driven
• Comfortable using technology, specifically an iPad
• Willingness to drive within a 100-mile radius
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

Mansioni

• Run in-home design consultations with residential customers seeking bath and shower remodels
• Train and mentor reps using a two-step shadow/coach model
• Deliver real-time feedback to improve reps’ presentations and closing skills
• Maintain high personal close rate and foster a high-performance sales culture
• Track rep progress, appointment results, and training needs; report to Sr. Sales Manager
• Build trust and rapport during consultations and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Measure bathrooms and assess project needs (tubs, showers, conversions)
• Attend confirmed appointments—no cold calling or prospecting required
