Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead our in-home sales team within the bath remodel sector. You will run in-home appointments, coach and mentor sales reps, and drive performance through a structured ride-along training model.

Ideal candidates excel in high-ticket, consultative sales, are strong coaches, and can maintain a high close rate while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home sales, ideally in home improvement/remodeling.
• Strong one-call close ability for high-ticket consultative sales.
• Experience in training or mentoring sales reps is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, coachable, and performance-driven.
• Proficient with an iPad and related tech.
• Willingness to drive within a 100-mile radius.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home design consultations with residential customers, presenting tailored remodel solutions.
• Train and mentor reps using a two-step ride-along model (shadow and coach).
• Provide real-time feedback to improve reps' presentations, objections handling, and close skills.
• Maintain a high personal close rate and foster a high-performance sales culture.
• Track rep progress and training needs; report to the Sr. Sales Manager.
• Build trust and rapport during consultations and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Accurately measure bathrooms and assess project needs (tubs, showers, conversions).
• Attend confirmed appointments—no cold calling or prospecting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
