Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an in-home sales consultant to identify the best window and door solutions for customers in their homes. You will leverage our sales methodology, product samples, and support to build rapport and close deals.

With provided pre-set, quality leads and seven weeks of paid training, expectation is to achieve high earning potential with uncapped commissions. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and a willingness to undergo a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 yrs of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Prior experience in home improvement or construction is a plus.
• Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven track record of closing sales.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the best product fit.
• Use tools and our sales methodology to build rapport and close sales.
• Have industry-leading samples, support, and technology to assist closing.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and active listening to meet customer needs.
