Apex Windows & Baths is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help design bathroom solutions that fit their needs. This full-time, W-2 role offers commission-based pay with $100,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential and includes company-provided appointments so you can focus on selling and closing.

We are looking for a motivated In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them design the bathroom solution that best fits their needs.

No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. No self-generated leads. Our company provides qualified appointments so you can focus on what you do best—selling and closing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad
• Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software
• Present pricing and product options
• Close sales and meet performance goalsBuild strong relationships with homeowners
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
• Follow our proven sales process and best practices

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
