Job summary

Apex Windows & Baths is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design bathroom solutions that fit their needs.

This is a full-time, commission-based W-2 role with pre-qualified company-generated appointments and no cold calling or self-generated leads. You will sell and close, supported by ongoing training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional presentation style.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-disciplined.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing to attend weekly sales meetings and training.
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.

We are looking for a motivated In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them design the bathroom solution that best fits their needs.

No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. No self-generated leads. Our company provides qualified appointments so you can focus on what you do best-selling and closing.
