Job summary

Apex Windows & Baths is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help design bathroom solutions. The role features no cold calling and pre-qualified appointments, allowing focus on selling and closing.

This is a full-time W-2 position with commission-based earnings potential. You will deliver presentations using an iPad, design solutions with proprietary software, and close sales to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Confident and professional presentation style.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-disciplined.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.

No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. No self-generated leads. Our company provides qualified appointments so you can focus on what you do best - selling and closing.
