Job summary

Andersen Corp. is seeking a Sales Consultant to travel to pre-qualified homeowner appointments in the San Francisco Bay Area, deliver product demonstrations, and discuss custom quotes in a value-based selling framework.

You will attend trainings, participate in regular sales meetings, and perform related duties as needed. The role requires evening and weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 40–60 lbs of materials.

Qualifications

• Must be able to close sales and drive revenue.
• Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the Bay area (no cold calling or door knocking).
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations, following a value-based selling process.
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings. Other duties as assigned.
