Job summary

Appointments are fully generated for you with strong marketing support. Qualifications include at least two years of sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Travel is usually within 2 hours of San Diego.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience, preferably in B2C or in-home sales.
• Ability to persuade and consistently ask for business.
• Evenings and weekends available to meet customers.
• Travel limited to about 2 hours from San Diego.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of residential building and construction.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to assess needs.
• Consult to identify products that fit the homeowner's requirements.
• Close sales using our training and sales methodology.
• Rely on fully generated appointments and marketing support.
• Maintain professional communication and follow‑up with clients.
