Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of commission sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility to travel locally for home visits.
• Availability during evenings and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• CLOSE DEALS. Then close some more. Repeat.
• Generate serious profitable growth and get noticed and paid.
• Convert pre-set appointments into high-value customers.
• Become a trusted expert, assess needs and guide customers to outcomes.
• Master a proven sales process that delivers results.
• Bring energy to daily team huddles and strategy sessions.
