Job summary

Long Home is seeking Product Specialists to meet homeowners at pre-scheduled in-home appointments, deliver professional consultations, and close sales. You will be backed by a dedicated Contact Center, proven sales process, and comprehensive training. Expect uncapped commissions with earning potential of 95,000–250,000+ annually.

No cold calling or self-generated leads. Two weeks of paid training at $800 per week, plus gas allowance during the first three months.

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face communication and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with a drive to compete.
• Ability to build trust quickly for big purchasing decisions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at pre-scheduled in-home appointments.
• Conduct professional consultations for Long Home products.
• Identify homeowner needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and communicate value.
• Navigate questions and objections and close the sale.
• Prepare contracts, pricing, and financing information accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records per sales process.
• Represent Long Home with professionalism and integrity.
• Meet individual sales and revenue goals.
