Long Home is seeking a Product Specialist to sell home improvement products directly to homeowners during pre-scheduled in-home appointments in Reading, PA. You will deliver professional consultations, recommend solutions within budget, and close sales without cold calling.

You will be supported by a proven sales process, dedicated contact center appointments, and paid training. Expect uncapped commissions and the potential to earn six figures with strong performance.

Qualifications

Experience in in-home or high-ticket sales is a plus.
Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
Excellent communication and ability to build trust with homeowners.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, in-home appointments.
Conduct professional consultations for Long Home products and services.
Understand homeowner needs and recommend solutions within budget.
Deliver product presentations and communicate value clearly.
Navigate questions and objections and close the sale.
Prepare contracts, pricing, financing information, and documentation.
Follow established sales process and maintain customer records.
Represent Long Home with professionalism and integrity.
Work toward sales, closing, and revenue goals.
