Long Home is seeking a Product Specialist to drive in-home sales through pre-scheduled appointments, delivering consultative recommendations and closing deals with homeowners. You will be supported by a proven sales process, comprehensive training, and a dedicated contact center that sets appointments.

Expect uncapped commission with a high earning potential and paid training. No cold calling or self-generated leads are required, as you focus on converting interest into sales and maintaining

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled in-home appointments.
• Conduct professional consultations for Long Home products and services.
• Understand homeowner needs and recommend fitting solutions for home and budget.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and communicate value clearly.
• Confidently address questions and objections and close the sale.
• Prepare contracts, pricing, financing information, and documentation accurately.
• Follow Long Home’s established sales process and maintain accurate records.
• Represent Long Home with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
• Pursue individual sales and revenue goals.
