Job summary

Long Home Products is seeking a Product Specialist to conduct in-home consultations with pre-scheduled appointments. You will close sales on exteriors and baths, recommend solutions, and manage the sales process end-to-end.

Expect a high-commission, performance-driven environment with paid training and support from a dedicated contact center. A valid driver's license and transportation are required to access customer homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled in-home appointments.
• Conduct professional consultations for Long Home products and services.
• Understand homeowner needs and recommend solutions within budget.
• Deliver product presentations and clearly communicate value.
• Navigate questions/objections and ask for the sale.
• Prepare contracts, pricing, financing information, and documentation accurately.
• Follow established sales process and maintain customer records.
• Represent Long Home with professionalism and customer-first approach.
