Job summary

Allstar is seeking a dynamic in-home sales professional to join our residential roofing team in Laurel, MD. You will schedule and visit pre-booked appointments, present value, and close deals with a competitive commission structure.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions, with potential to earn six figures in the first year. Must have reliable vehicle and be comfortable with a Monday-Saturday schedule; training provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work five days a week, including Saturdays.
• In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Self-disciplined and money motivated.
• Proficient with laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn double commission for self-generated business.
• Travel to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week sales training program.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Follow leadership's direction on additional duties.
