Job summary

Allstar is seeking an energetic in-home sales representative in New Jersey to schedule and conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled appointments each week, with no cold calling. You will drive to client homes, present our roofing solutions, and earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

The role includes a two-week training program, weekly sales meetings, travel opportunities, and potential to earn six figures in your first year. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a 5 day work weeks between Monday-Saturday, Saturdays are mandatory.
• In home sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Is coachable and eager to learn.
• Self disciplined and money motivated.
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week - No cold calling or door knocking required
• Earn double commission for self-generated business
• Drive to pre-set appointments
• Complete a thorough two week training program with our dedicated sales training team
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
