Base salary plus uncapped commissions with six-figure earnings potential in year one. The role includes ongoing training, weekly meetings, and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work five days (Mon-Sat).
• Coachable and money-motivated.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient with laptops and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Earn uncapped commissions with potential six-figure earnings in first year.
• Drive to pre-set appointments and present roofing solutions.
• Complete training program and participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
