Job summary

Allstar is a residential roofing company seeking a sales professional to conduct in-home appointments and drive revenue. You will earn a base salary plus a competitive commission structure with uncapped potential, including six-figure earnings in your first year.

Responsibilities include scheduling and visiting client homes, completing training, attending weekly meetings, and traveling as needed. Growth and promotional opportunities are available, with health, dental, and vision insurance

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Able to work five days a week (Mon-Sat) with a rotating day off.
• In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Self-disciplined and money motivated.
• Proficient with technology (laptop, mobile device, tablet).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn double commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week training program with our sales team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Travel opportunities.
• Work with supporting departments to take job through completion.
