Job summary

Allstar is seeking a proactive in-home sales professional to conduct pre-scheduled appointments and drive revenue through a dynamic commission structure. You will work with a fast-paced team, delivering a premier customer experience and earning substantial commissions.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions outlines a pathway to six figures in the first year. The role includes ongoing training, travel opportunities, and promotions from within as you demonstrate performance.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Able to work five days a week, Monday–Saturday; Saturdays required.
• In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Coachable, eager to learn, self-disciplined and money motivated.
• Proficient with laptops, mobile devices, tablets, etc.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10–15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn double commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
