Baker Home Exteriors, the residential division of Baker Roofing Company, is seeking an Exterior Consultant to guide homeowners through roofing decisions in residential neighborhoods around Cary, NC. You’ll meet homeowners in person, present options, and close on signed agreements, leveraging a proven sales process and exceptional customer service.

Expect a base salary with uncapped commissions, strong earning potential, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales is preferred with a track record of meeting goals.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home appointments and present roofing options.
• Build pipeline through referrals and local outreach.
• Follow a proven sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
• Inspect and document roof/exterior conditions.
• Close sales with strong follow-up and clear options.
