On target earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000 with a $500 weekly draw against commission and monthly bonus opportunities. This is a performance-driven role with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof
• Present the solution and the financing
• Close on the first visit
• Hand it to an install team that moves fast
