Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Appointments are set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling or door knocking. You show up, run the process, and close.

Earn on-target earnings of $150,000–$250,000 with uncapped commissions, a $500 weekly draw, and monthly bonuses. Training is provided in Charlotte, NC, with markets across NC, SC, GA, MD and PA. This is a high-velocity, results-driven sales role with established leads and strong conversion rates.

Formación

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• In-home closing with pre-qualified appointments.
• In-house call center pre-schedules and confirms appointments.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners per week and inspect the home.
• Present the roofing solution and financing options to homeowners.
• Close deals on the first visit for rapid installation and turnover.
