Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking an in-home sales closer to join our team. All appointments are pre-qualified and scheduled by our in-house call center; no cold calling or self-generated leads. You will meet homeowners, present roofing solutions, arrange financing, and close on the first visit.

Qualifications

• Must have strong closing skills and proven sales ability.
• Able to present in homeowners' living rooms and explain financing options.
• Experience in in-home or door-to-door sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners each day.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roofing issue.
• Presentsolution and financing options; close on the first visit.
• Hand off to installation team after closing; no prospecting required.
