Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers to convert pre-qualified appointments into roof solutions. No cold calling or door knocking; all leads are provided by our in-house call center.

You will close on the first visit with a proven, step-by-step process, earning uncapped commissions and enjoying a paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC. Expect 10–12 appointments weekly and strong support from our team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Present in-home to homeowners and close on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and financing.
• Close on the first visit with a proven process.
• Hand it to the install team after closing.
