Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home sales closers to join our team. No cold calling or door knocking; all appointments are set by our in-house call center, and you close on the first visit.

You'll earn on-target earnings of $150,000–$250,000 with a $500 weekly draw against commission, plus monthly bonuses. Training is paid for two weeks in Charlotte, NC, with a proven closing process and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Our best closers came from car sales, retail, restaurant management, and jobs unrelated to sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof
• Present the solution and the financing
• Close on the first visit
• Hand it to an install team that moves fast
