Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. You show up, run the process, and close.

Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners, inspect the roof, present the solution and financing, and close on the first visit.

Training is paid in Charlotte, NC with ongoing coaching, fast installation support, and a strong lead flow.

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred, not required.
Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Willing to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training.

Responsibilities

Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
Present the solution and financing.
Close on the first visit.
Hand it to an install team and move on.
No cold calling or door knocking.
