Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers with a fully in-house call center that sets and confirms every appointment. You show up, run the process, and close, with no cold calling or door knocking needed.

Training is paid in Charlotte, NC, including a two-week program. Expect 10–12 pre-qualified appointments weekly, a strong path to high earnings via uncapped commissions, and ongoing support to grow in a proven system.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable presenting in a homeowner's living room.
• Must be able to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and the financing.
• Close on the first visit with the homeowner.
• Handover to installation team and support sales process.
