Rogers Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions in Joliet is seeking an In Home Sales Representative. The role involves conducting roof and attic inspections, running and ride-along appointments, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable working on roofs. No prior sales or roofing experience is required; training is provided and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
