Rogers Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions is seeking ambitious Outside Sales Representatives in Indianapolis to join a premier home-improvement team. You'll meet homeowners, inspect exteriors, and close sales on roofing, insulation, windows, and siding.

You will work from home with a company-provided vehicle, receive 3 warm leads daily, and enjoy paid training, full benefits, and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, driven, and personable.
• Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication with homeowners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable attic and roof work.
• Able to lift 50–80 lbs.
• Clean driving record; must pass background check.
• No prior sales experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Run 3 warm, vetted leads daily.
• Travel from home in a company-provided vehicle.
• Meet homeowners and build strong relationships.
• Conduct exterior home inspections including attic access and 21-Point Roof Inspection.
• Present options, pricing, warranties, and financing.
• Close sales and guide homeowners through the process.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from first appointment to project completion.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Participate in ride-alongs and coaching.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales goals.
