Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks an RN Visit Nurse to provide in-home direct patient care per the prescribed plan, delivering comfort and dignity to clients.

You will assess conditions, document progress, administer medications and IV fluids, and collaborate with providers to ensure outstanding outcomes. Eligible candidates hold an ADN or AAS, RN license, CPR/BLS, and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• ADN or AAS required.
• Current RN license in state of Ohio.
• CPR/BLS/First Aid certifications required.
• Reliable transportation to care sites.
• Trach/vent experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to plan of care.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes.
• Administer medications, insulin, IVs, and fluids with thorough documentation.
• Inspect and care for wounds and assist with hygiene.
• Assess for injuries, infections, bedsores and provide appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and health professionals for outcomes.
