Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. seeks an RN Visit Nurse to provide in-home direct patient care under the prescribed plan, ensuring comfort and dignity for clients. The role requires an active RN license, ADN/AAS, and CPR/BLS/First Aid certification.

Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered, with 1:1 patient care and no overtime requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, documenting vitals, wound care, medications, and collaboration with care teams to achieve optimal patient

Qualifications

• ADN or AAS required.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to care sites/work locations.
• Trach/vent experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the prescribed plan of care.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes (vitals, etc.).
• Administer medications, insulin, IVs/fluids and document.
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess for injuries or infections and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides and other health professionals to ensure outcomes.
