Summit Home Care & Hospice is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Home Health team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will focus on providing exceptional healthcare services in the comfort of patients' homes. This full-time position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, with additional benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities will include patient assessments, administering care as prescribed, and coordinating health services. Applicants must have a valid nursing license and previous home care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid active nursing license required.
• Experience in home health care or acute care preferred.
• Management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct home care services.
• Complete initial assessments of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
