Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse with ventilator management experience to work with adult patients in their homes. The role offers competitive pay at $30–$35 per hour with weekly paychecks, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

Current RN license for the state in which the nurse practices.
Current Health Certificate as required by facility contract or state regulation.
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in home services.
Initiates care plan updates as patient status changes.
Applies therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions per diagnosis and goals.
Responds to changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
Administers medications and treatments as prescribed; monitors effectiveness.
Reviews care plans and protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.
